For International orders please e-mail us with your

Shipping
In most cases, items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment
received. although when really busy it may take 5 to10 days to custom
make and ship your order. We will not compromise quality for the sake of
a few days.
Shipping is by United States Post Office Priority Mail (2-4 days)
or by United States Postal Air Mail outside the United States (4-7
days).
USPS Express Mail is also available for the fastest delivery at $22.00.

All items are automatically shipped with track &
confirm posting.
United States shipping is $7.00 for the first item and
$2.50 per additional item.
International shipping is $25.00 for the first item and $5.00 per
additional item.
Insurance at $1.25 per $50.00 is recommended although
not required. We will not be held responsible for undelivered or
misdirected mail. All items are shipped with the utmost discretion in a
plain priority mail package. The return address shall read from Ian
Head.

Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee (from date
shipped) on all our products, This applies to
items only not shipping costs. Upon receiving them back in the same new
and unused condition as they were sent and received. There is a 20% re
stocking charge on all returned orders.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to

or call our business phone at
352-726-7144.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First
name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must
be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have
questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the
cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged
and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via
email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly
refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the
cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we
will refund the merchandise total upon its return in the same unused
condition as received. less shipping.

Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime warranty is given to all our products used only in the manner
intended and subject to normal wear and tear. This warranty is for repair
or replacement of items only. Lifetime warranty does not cover items out
of production if TheLondonTanners.com no longer stocks them. This
warranty is valid only for the original buyer and not transferable.

Out of Stock Policy
Although most items are shipped within 2 days of order
receipt, there are instances were items may be out of stock and have to
be made to order. (Also Custom Orders) you will be notified by e-mail of
shipping date. Delivery usually within 14 days or in the case of custom
items as agreed.
